KATY GRANT

Katy is the author of seven novels for middle readers, ages 8 to 12. Her series SUMMER CAMP SECRETS, published by Aladdin, Simon & Schuster features six novels set during one summer at a girls’ camp, each with a different protagonist. HIDE AND SEEK, published by Peachtree Publishers, has been on many state reading lists, including a Grand Canyon Reader Award nomination, 2012-13; Sunshine State Young Readers’ Award master list, 2012-13; and Society of School Librarians International Book Awards honor book, 2011. She and her husband Eric live in Flagstaff with their dog Murphy and their cat Scout. Since she never really grew up, Flagstaff’s outdoor lifestyle suits her just fine, and she spends a lot of time wandering in the woods. She travels as often as she can, having checked England, Ireland, Italy, and Vietnam off her bucket list. Next stop: Peru. www.katygrant.com
